Can be tailoring made to specific needs of the organisation.
- Women with Purpose Transformational Programme
The Programme focuses on the individual transformational process and are based on the belief that individuals can expand their leadership capacities when they can identify their creative purpose in life, they can learn, grow, and change. Ultimately if women are able to benefit their families, communities, cities, countries and Africa, then they will indeed make the world a better place. ‘Women with Purpose’ is dedicated to helping women find and fulfill their purpose and thereby make the world a better place, ‘igniting’ and ‘enabling’ women to live their creative purpose.
- Leadership in the 21st Century
How the ‘Futures of Leadership’ is proven as the only variable for organisations in the private or public sector to be sustainably competitive and commercially viable. How to overcome the ‘Leadership Challenges of the Next Generation’ and ‘Creating leadership qualities’ in the 21st Century.
